Ron Ober
has an extensive background in the public policy and political
arena. Mr. Ober served as Administrative Aide to U.S.
Senator Dennis DeConcini in Washington, D.C. and Arizona,
and for over three decades has served as a key advisor and
strategist to several national, state and local elected and
appointed government officials, including Arizona Governor
Janet Napolitano. Mr. Ober's political expertise and
strong business background has been a key factor in developing
the firm's highly successful state and local procurement practice.
Gail Gordon brings
over 20 years of management, business and marketing expertise
to PDGi. Ms. Gordon has developed and conducted customer
service training seminars across the country and has extensive
experience in health care and retail marketing and budgeting.
Ms. Gordon manages PDGi's financial affairs, operations, and
staffing.
Jason Isaak has an
extensive knowledge of Capitol Hill and the Executive Branch
with nearly 8 years experience working for Congressman Jim
Kolbe in Washington, D.C. He was responsible for the
Appropriations Committee work -- primarily the Treasury, Postal
Service and General Government Subcommittee. Additionally,
Mr. Isaak had legislative responsibility for defense, immigration,
education, and banking issues.
Paul Senseman
has a broad background in public policy and communications
at the Arizona State Capitol. Mr. Senseman has served
on the senior leadership staff of three Arizona House Speakers,
most recently House Speaker Jake Flake. He has been
a strategist and advisor to numerous legislators and held
positions as Director of Communications and Chief of Staff
to the House Majority. Prior to working at the State
House, Mr. Senseman served on the Arizona staff of U.S. Senator
John McCain.
Dean Howard has an extensive background
working with government at the local, county and state levels.
Mr. Howard has served as a Management Assistant to Steve Cleveland,
City Manager of Goodyear; as Staff Assistant to Phoenix Councilman
Dave Siebert; as Economic Development Specialist to the City
of Phoenix; and as Legislative Liaison for the Arizona County
Supervisors Association. Mr. Howard currently serves
as the President of Leadership West, an award winning West
Valley organization that focuses on community perspectives
and developing future community leaders.
Troy Corder
provides leadership and expertise in a variety of
marketing and public relations areas at CPR. Mr. Corder
has experience in coordinating media events, managing campaign
budgets and devising strategies for local and statewide initiative
and referendum campaigns. Mr. Corder's experience includes
handling community relations for Governor Fife Symington,
Governor Jane Hull and constituent relations for U.S. Senator
John McCain.
Andy Jacobs
Andy Jacobs brings broad political and community relations experience to PDG.
Mr. Jacobs spent nearly six years as Regional Representative for U.S. Senator Jon Kyl,
serving in a variety of capacities, including constituent services, community outreach,
legislative support and campaign work. He provided extensive rural Arizona outreach
and handled natural resource issues for the Senator, and served as rural and media
liaison to Senator Kyl’s successful 2006 reelection campaign. Mr. Jacobs also has prior
media experience in sports, political and business reporting for local publications.
Todd Baughman has a strong background in fiscal analysis
and operations. Mr.
Baughman worked in the public accounting field for two and
a half years performing
non-profit audits, and compiling corporate and individual
tax returns. In 2005 Mr.
Baughman assumed the role of Deputy Treasurer for U.S. Senator
Jon Kyls 2006 reelection campaign. During this time
he aided in managing the campaigns 15 million dollar budget.
Kimberlee Hitt
brings strong customer service and office management skills
to PDG and CPR. Previously, she served as an integral part of
the events management staff at Total Events and Management. Currently,
Ms. Hitt provides office support and research for legislative
efforts.
